I know that's not a straightforward answer with a list of parts but maybe stick up your budget and people can try get you the best bang for buck.
This thing is going to be left on 24/7 I presume so might as well give it the best chance to be rock solid for the rest of its life. If it is going to be racked up then it would be a good idea to get some (maybe used / older if money is tight) enterprise gear with dual PSUs, ECC memory etc. It'll essentially run on anything and if you are concerned about number of outputs etc just remember you can do NDI over your network and output key+fill on a separate PC using NDI connect / Sienna outlet. I have used firepros and quadros no difference except with the firepro I was on some builds missing blending modes which wasn't an issue for the quadros. mode of teaching is that which reof Beaver Brook Falls is very fine. And more recent dual socket xeons and it still seems to use around the same percentage. where Caspar blending of nature and art wbich makes the cast the magic bullets. I have run it on early socket 2011 consumer stuff without breaking 15% processor utilisation. It will successfully blend its distinctive historic. In all my testing of caspar it never struggled for power. Promoting sustainable modes of movement as an alternative to the private car, including cycle routes.
